Socialite Sheilah Gashumba shared her frustration with her X (formerly twitter) followers after having a bad experience with Uganda Airlines.
She had booked for a business class but to her disappointment, it didn't differ from the economy class, she wrote:
"Meanwhile this is the business class of @UG_Airlines for flights going to a world top destination Southafrica!! Just got ripped off a couple of bucks for the next 4 hours. Apparently this won’t change anytime soon as the bigger planes are now flying only to lagos and Lusaka! Shame!! Might as well just pay for economy if u were planning to travel to sa this season.

Having worked with an Airline b4, I should inform U that the quality of space in different cabins is mainly dependent on aircraft type. A business class seat in a Bombardier (single aisle plane) should not be compared to the seat in an Airbus (widebody). Oranges and Apples.

She is right, if you have never flown or paid a business class tickets , you won’t understand stand her pain of being ripped off! That picture shows an economy seat I wouldn’t fly business class for that!

"If you check my tweets, I have tweeted the best things about Uganda airlines since they started for free btw, my issue here is consistency, I’ve used the airline before to sa more than 10 times from the time they launched and they always had a bigger craft, my disappointment is those bigger crafts are now being used for new routes that have been launched this year and they are completely ignoring the old routes and my point still stands rather pay for economy then than business class!! How can the same flight going to Kenya of 45mins be the same flight for 4 hours!! Plus it’s not coming cheap! Complete rip off."

These are matters for global citizens, we shall entertain your opinions and views if we are discussing about the taxis commuting from the New taxi park to Butambala."

Stupid response just to be the smart one in the room. Surely, for someone who has travelled as much as @SheilahGashumba one would assume that she knows that different aircraft have different leg room depending on the size. Read what she said to understand.
Sheila replied:
"Well I had no choice because I wanted a direct flight but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t talk about the inconsistency of the aircrafts and airbus routes!!"
